Job Description Staff Export Import PT. MUAT LOGISTIK INDONESIA
Quality Staff Export Import
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Logical thinking, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing tasks or priorities
- Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Basic proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Willing to work on Sunday (half-day)
Staff Export Import Requirements:
- Create and review PIB/PEB documents for assigned importers / exporters
- Ensure the completeness of documents, including permits in line with HS Code requirements, and handle document submissions to customs (NPD, DNP)
- Coordinate with relevant parties to facilitate the customs clearance process
- Monitor responses and provide regular status updates to the importer / exporter from Arrival to Delivery process
