- S1 in any field
- Min. 10 years of experience in similar positions from FMCG companies
- Technical Skills: Viral Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Communication
- Soft Skills: Creative, Agile, Result Oriented, Analytical Thinking, Strategic Thinking, Attention to Detail, Working extra miles, Leadership, Collaboration, Passionate, Fast-paced
Head of Brand – Consumer Food Requirements:
- Lead Brand team and its supporting function
- Conduct the Umbrella Brand campaign to enhance and expand the brand image within the current consumer segment.
- Extend the product lifecycle into the next generation by developing communications that resonate with specific segments.
- Develop distinct positioning and segmentation for each product category.
- Implement an always-on communication strategy with well-defined positioning and segmentation to ensure that sales meet or exceed those of the previous period.
- Successfully achieve at least one viral breakthrough each year.
