Quality Application Engineer (Project Manager) – IT Solutions
- Have English Business level proficiency.
- Experience as Programmer in web application development (SQL) for a minimum 3 years.
- Experience as Business analyst or project manager in IT solution company.
- Maximum 36 years old.
- Skills in project management especially schedule management (Deadline management), including cost & budget control, requirements, risk, and communication management.
- Strong communication skills with client management (Especially when client requests additional work, must to check agreement and make proposal with business fairness).
- Ability to identify issues in team development and promote growth strategies.
Application Engineer (Project Manager) – IT Solutions Requirements:
- Understand and analyze user requirements, identify key operational points, and propose effective solutions.
- Translate user needs into functional specifications and accurately estimate the required effort.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules for system requirements, design, development, and testing.
- Monitor project progress, communicate status updates clearly, and manage project timelines to avoid delays.
- Manage and clarify project scope with customers, including handling additional requirements outside the initial scope.
- Control project costs, explain variances, and adjust scope or costs as needed.
