Job Description IT Infrastructure Engineer PT. Elabram Systems
Quality IT Infrastructure Engineer
- Strong knowledge in backup hardware/application (NetApp, Veeam, Netvault and etc.).
- Good Management of virtualized environments (specify virtualization platform, e.g., VMware vSphere, Hyper-V).
- Skill to make a work report (assessment, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance) and present it to the Customer.
- Good negotiation skills and analytical problem-solving skill.
- Good communication in English both oral and written.
- Good self-motivation, fast learner, and able to work as a team.
- Has good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skill.
IT Infrastructure Engineer Requirements:
- Implementing and maintaining backup and recovery solutions (NetApp experience would be Plus).
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers (physical and virtual) running various operating systems (specify OSes, e.g., Windows Server, CentOS, Ubuntu).
- Troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues proactively.
- Make a work report (assessment, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance) and present it to the Customer.
