Quality Operation Staff~Senior Staff

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Have min. 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, with a strong focus on export operations and SKA/COO documentation.
• Proven track record of managing SKA/COO is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of export regulations and procedures, especially related to SKA/COO for export shipments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders (internal teams, shipping lines, customs, etc.).
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other logistics software.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure.

Operation Staff~Senior Staff Requirements:

• Prepare and manage SKA/COO for export purposes, ensuring compliance with regulations to guarantee SKA/COO exemptions (free of charge) in destination countries.
• Ensure all export documents are accurate and submitted on time to avoid delays and additional costs.
• Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day export activities, including shipment scheduling, cargo handling, and clearance processes.
• Collaborate with customs, shipping lines, and other relevant authorities to ensure smooth export operations.
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners, such as shipping agents, customs brokers, and customers, to ensure efficient export processes.
• Provide timely updates and reports to the Board of Directors on operational performance and issues.
