Quality SR&T Manager, M&A Corporate Finance

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from a reputable university (local or overseas) with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (Master’s degree in Finance is preferred)
• CFA certification or candidacy is highly desirable.
• Passing the MAPPI Exam for P1, P2 will be prioritized.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in financial advisory or auditing, preferably with a background in a Big 4 firm.
• Proven track record in transaction advisory and project finance across all project stages.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and the ability to diagnose project problems, develop solutions, and facilitate decision-making.
• Strong client communication skills and experience in managing client expectations and team leadership.
