Quality Organization Development Officer
- Bachelor degree of Psychology or Management.
- A minimum of 3 years experiences in related position.
- Have profound knowledge about Organizational Development best practice initiative.
- Able to work independent and team.
- Have a good communication skills.
- Have a good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint).
Organization Development Officer Requirements:
- Handling HR Tools Completion (including Structure, Job Description, Job Grade etc).
- Carry out the internal Development Program such as rotation, promotion & talent mapping.
- Supporting Succession Plan program & Mentoring Program.
- Managing Annual Employee Performance.
- Conduct Job Analysis and Work Load Analysis.
