Job Description Field Staff Officer PT Indolakto – Indofood CBP (INDOMILK)
Quality Field Staff Officer
- Bachelor degree of veterinary medicine, animal husbandry, or other related fields.
- Has experience in livestock farming and dairy cattle production.
- Experienced in managing NKV and administration with other government agencies.
- Have a good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) and able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Capable of driving a four-wheeled vehicle and have a SIM A.
Field Staff Officer Requirements:
- Establishing good relationships with fresh milk suppliers and related institutions in the West Java region, including Bandung Raya, Garut, Sumedang, Kuningan, Subang, and surrounding areas.
- Providing support to enhance the quality and productivity of fresh milk among partner suppliers or farmers.
- Ensuring that the delivery of fresh milk meets established quality standards.
- Implementing corrective actions if any issues regarding the quality of delivered fresh milk are identified.
- Monitoring fresh milk prices as a basis for price determination.
