Job Description Area Sales Manager RGF HR Agent Indonesia
Quality Area Sales Manager
- Hold Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- At least 10 years experience as a Sales for Consumer Product (FMCG) or OTC products preferably from Multinational company.
- Business English proficiency.
- Experienced in dealing with GT & MT business in Kalimantan.
- Willing to do business trip frequently (open for candidates living near Jabodetabek).
- Independent and good interpersonal skill to manage themselves.
- Strong initiative and has can-do attitude as well as problem-solver.
Area Sales Manager Requirements:
- Managing distribution point.
- Reporting to Regional Sales Manager.
- Using the allocated promotion budget to maximize the area sales.
- Implement & evaluate for promotion which planed by HQ.
- Managing the stock level each distributor and avoid any out of stock.
- Managing SPG to create good touch point.
