Job Description Production Manager PT. Elabram Systems
Quality Production Manager
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, typically in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience managerial role in manufacturing or production
- Strong leadership skills to manage the production team
- In-depth understanding of production processes, line management, and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and external parties such as vendors or suppliers
- Proficiency in production management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Production Manager Requirements:
- Organizing and scheduling production activities to meet company targets
- Supervising and managing the production team, including providing training and motivation to staff
- Ensuring that products meet established quality standards
- Managing and controlling the production budget to ensure costs are kept within limits
- Collaborating with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth production flow
- Addressing issues or disruptions on the production floor quickly and effectively
