Job Description Production Assistant Manager PT Natural Java Spice
Quality Production Assistant Manager
- Previous working experience as Production Supervisor/Assistant Manager in Food Manufacturing
- Minimum D3, preferable bachelor’s degree/S1 or equivalent of Engineering/Food Technology
- Having knowledge in FSSC, ISO, Halal, Kosher, and GMP processes.
- Certified as Health and Safety Officer (AK3U) is preferred.
- Required language(s): Basic English
- Having a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Willing to work in shift and to be placed in Surabaya
Production Assistant Manager Requirements:
- Assist, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day production operations to meet the plan, procedure, and company work standard
- Responsible for the accomplishment of production targets and standard quality of the product
- Create day-by-day and monthly report
- Complete troubleshooting of production operations
- Ensure smooth daily production operations
- Follow Management’s KPIs and measure them on a regular basis
