Quality Legal Affair Staff – Machinery
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Business level of English proficiency.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Legal, experienced in handling litigation.
- Must have advocate license (PERADI).
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Only CV in English will be processed
Legal Affair Staff – Machinery Requirements:
- Sending warning letters & lawsuits against overdue customers.
- Manage external lawyers to handle cases.
- Conduct compliance review of sales contract process documents.
- Conduct legal analysis & training.
- Other Legal Affairs related work.
- Accustomed to handling debt cases and filing lawsuits in court.
