- Handle general human resources and general affairs.
- Gathering payroll data with HRIS such as leaves, working hours and bank accounts, and making payroll reports .
- Handling company Legal such as contracts.
- Initiate & take charge in the entire recruitment and on-boarding process improvement.
- Responsible in handling compensation and benefits plans improvement.
- Initiate & take charge in improving the office and employee well-being.
