Quality Retail Leasing Manager – Mixed Use Property
- Hold Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail planning and leasing, preferably in mixed-use developments.
- Fluent in English (business level).
- Own driving license (SIM A).
- Proven track record of successful tenant mix strategy and leasing negotiations.
- Experience in international market expansion or attracting foreign businesses to a new market is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including potential tenants and project teams
Retail Leasing Manager – Mixed Use Property Requirements:
- Propose a SOP for tenant leasing.
- Propose zoning plans and tenant mix in line with the concept.
- Conduct interviews with potential anchor tenants to gauge their interest in leasing.
- Organize leasing policies, including rent, service charges, and levies.
- Assist in the recruitment of the leasing team for the project company.
- Cooperate with the office, hotel/SA, and residential teams to seek collaboration opportunities.
