Job Description Sales Assistant Manager – Electrical RGF HR Agent Indonesia
Quality Sales Assistant Manager – Electrical
- Hold Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Business-level English.
- Min. 3 years of experience as a Sales or Sales Engineer handling automation and electrical products (e.g., motors, breakers, inverters, PLCs, industrial routers).
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and presentation skills.
- Preferably has experience in automation products, understanding of programming and networking.

Sales Assistant Manager – Electrical Requirements:
- Promote automation and electrical products, including related accessories, to end users in collaboration with dealers (e.g., motors, breakers, inverters, PLCs, industrial routers).
- Identify and acquire new customers, OEMs, and business partners/dealers.
- Manage and support dealers on a daily basis with delivery information, pricing, technical issues, etc.
- Provide product training.
- Collect monthly forecasts and monitor dealer inventory levels.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for both internal (HQ, factories) and external (end users, dealers, contractors) audiences.
