Job Description GA Manager RGF HR Agent Indonesia
Quality GA Manager
- Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Conversational level of English proficiency.
- Have min. 5 years of experience as Manager/Assistant Manager as GA in manufacturing.
- Experience in budget controlling, managing outsource employee.
- Experience in managing company’s event.
- Have knowledge of K3 and 5S.
- Have good communication with internal & external party (including industrial relationship).
GA Manager Requirements:
- Ensure compliance and implementation of company negotiation related to General Affairs properly.
- Control the implementation of rules with integrated management system.
- Manage all company’s facilities.
- Budget controlling.
- Kaizen.
- Other tasks as assigned.
